Pros:

Cons:
25 Ounce Plastic bottles is 2 pint glasses of beer (you are forced to drink 2 pints in one sitting which will make your bottles disappear very fast especially if you simply wanted to share with a friend or family. It’s only 11 or 12 bottles so imagine, 3 to 6 weeks of brewing and waiting and all your beer is gone so fast.
Making Lager’s take a LONG LONG time to condition. Months before you can drink without the apple cider taste. I’ve done 2 batches now of lagers, the Pilsner and the Aztec Cerveza and both were very apple cidery in flavor. I’ve been told to wait another month for that to go away.. wow that stinks. I prefer ales anyway which are done in 3 weeks and seem much less temperamental.
